EcoCooling’s range of evaporative factory cooling systems delivers 100% fresh, filtered, cool air, at much lower costs than refrigeration-based cooling methods. Used by some of the UK’s leading manufacturers, evaporative cooling is fast becoming the only viable option for cooling large factories areas with heat-producing machinery or mezzanine floors.

Evaporative cooling solutions can save you as much as 90% on your factory cooling costs.

An EcoCooling factory cooling system uses up to 90% less energy and runs at less than 10% in comparison to refrigeration-based systems. Doors and windows can be left open, with absolutely no loss of cooling efficiency.

  • Low energy consumption
  • Improve staff comfort and productivity
  • No refrigerants
  • Cool with 100% fresh, clean air

Efficient Factory cooling

Industry leaders in energy efficient factory cooling

EcoCoolers are the go-to product for factory cooling systems, with over 3500 installed across the UK. The evaporative cooling process provides cost effective spot or blanket cooling, making them an environmentally friendly cooling solution for any factory.

In fact, EcoCoolers are 90% more efficient than traditional air conditioning and do not use any refrigerants, meaning they are ideal for operations with stringent carbon reduction and net zero targets. They also only use 100% fresh air, require minimum maintenance and are safe and easy to operate.

Cooling your Factory

100% Safe, fresh, clean air cooling

EcoCoolers are used as part of a mechanical ventilation system to provide a cost effective alternative to refrigeration for large buildings. Evaporative coolers have a supply air temperature dependent upon the ambient temperature and humidity. On cool days this is the ambient ‘dry bulb temperature’ and on hot days, when evaporative cooling is enabled, this is close to the ‘wet bulb’ temperature. In the UK, this means supply temperatures off the units should not exceed 25C.

Systems can be designed to extract air from above heavy duty machinery or processes and deliver cold air to areas where staff work or congregate. The modular and flexible design of the units allow their placement on walls or the ground if roof access is limited.

We’ve already worked with…

factory cooling solution

“…we were determined to find a solution to our cooling and heating needs which was as close to carbon neutral as possible. The proposal for evaporative cooling incorporating a heat recovery unit, means that we are able to achieve a constant comfortable temperature within our offices, plus the fresh air being pumped in from outside means the environment is generally much more pleasant to work in. We are delighted with the end result and are happy to recommend to companies requiring energy efficient, fresh air cooling.”
