Many warehouses are now suffering the effects of increasing temperatures, particularly in areas where mezzanine floors have been built or in new warehouses that have been well insulated for the colder months. EcoCooling evaporative warehouse cooling systems work as part of a balanced ventilation system, providing fresh, filtered cool air to large buildings, using just 10% of the cost of traditional refrigeration-based air conditioning.
EcoCooling evaporative coolers are typically only 60% of the capital costs of refrigeration and 10% of the running costs. EcoCoolers modular design and the way evaporative cooling works means units can be used to spot cool problem areas or blanket cool whole floors.
Evaporative warehouse cooling systems can save you as much as 90% on your cooling costs.
Traditional refrigeration-based cooling systems are often not cost-effective for the large floor spaces found in warehouses and factories. Evaporative cooling systems, on the other hand, offer an eco-friendly and efficient solution for these environments, delivering remarkable financial and energy savings.
Affordable Warehouse cooling solutions
Industry leaders in energy efficient warehouse cooling
UK based EcoCooling are the industry leaders in energy efficient cooling. Our range of EcoCoolers are a perfect, environmentally friendly solution for any large building.
In fact, EcoCoolers are 90% MORE efficient than any traditional refrigerant-based air conditioning unit. They also only use 100% fresh air, require minimum maintenance and are safe and easy to operate.
Our units are engineered to last, built and tested in our Suffolk based factory. Our control systems are designed maximise efficiency while controlling water usage and drainage to increase pad life. Simple product design features such as easy to remove pads significantly reduce maintenance requirements and costs compared to competitive products.
Cooling your warehouse
100% Safe, fresh, clean air cooling
EcoCoolers are used as part of a mechanical ventilation system to provide a cost effective alternative to refrigeration for large buildings.
Evaporative coolers have a supply air temperature dependent upon the ambient temperature and humidity. On cool days this is the ambient (dry bulb temperature) and on hot days, when evaporative cooling is enabled, this is close to the ‘wet bulb’ temperature.
In the UK, the majority of the time, coolers will run in ventilation mode, only turning to cooling mode when external temperatures increase. In cooling mode, even on the hottest days of the year, supply temperatures should not exceed 25C.

“Celsius used EcoCooling units over other available evaporative coolers because they are more powerful, providing more cooling coverage per unit. They are also far more reliable than any other units on the market, which is vital in a regulated facility such as a pharmaceutical warehouse. Designed for the UK market and climate they were the obvious choice for the AMS warehouse installation.”
