Leveraging our expertise in industrial cooling and filtration, EcoCooling designed a bespoke modular filtration system. Drawing on prior projects in data centres and industrial applications, we customised a pre-developed filtration box to meet The Estate Dairy’s specific requirements.The system’s success led to a second project when The Estate Dairy acquired a new butter packing facility. This time, the brief included not only filtration but also precise temperature control to optimise the production environment.
Advanced Cooling with Custom Design
For the butter packing facility, EcoCooling collaborated with trusted installers to design, manufacture, and implement a tailor-made filtration and cooling system. The solution included:
- A bespoke filter box integrated into an EcoCooling evaporative cooling unit
- Continuous filtration of air to F7 standards, with G4 pre-filters
- Energy-efficient natural cooling technology
Additionally, the control system needed to ensure the supply of a constant positive pressure in the room which ensured all air entering the factory passed through the filters and no unfiltered air could enter the room through gaps or doors.The EcoCooling system ensures the delivery of fresh, filtered air while maintaining a pre-set temperature through utilising a PLC control system build and commissioned by their controls team
