Case Studies - Cooling the Leisure Centre
One of the sports halls at the Windrush Leisure complex in Witney was suffering from summertime overheating due the high internal heatloads and roof glazing.
Solution
After surveying the area the likely internal heatload was determined and a suitable Evaporative cooling system was designed to serve the area. The system consisted of one EcoCooling Roof mounted cooler ducted externally to three flush fitting colour co-ordinated ceiling grills and one high level extraction unit.
Total Turnkey Installation
The whole installation including roof steelwork, roof flashings, water pipework, ducting, electrical wiring, ceiling alterations and full commissioning was undertaken in only four days with a minimum of disruption to the centre.
